Role Description 

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, relationship-oriented individual to assist our sales team with the goal of driving revenue. Additionally, you must ensure all expectations and deadlines are met with a high level of customer service.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Interfacing with key customers in a management support role

  • Understanding customer demand and work with customer planning teams to ensure timely receipt of purchase orders

  • Work with the sales team to manage internal customer forecast

  • Work with sales team to generate customer proposals

  • Day to day support of front-line Sales Executives

  • Understand customer requirements and needs and convey these to operations and engineering teams

  • Ensure customer orders are clearly communicated to the broader organization 

  • Communicate to customers on order status and current lead times

  • Supporting the sales team on lead management and opportunity status

  • Working with finance on invoicing, and structuring invoicing for new opportunities

  • Sales support for events and tradeshows

  • Manipulating data to ascertain a desired format

  • Aiding in the success of the operations, engineering and management teams where needed


Skills and Experience
Must-Have Skills

  • Understanding of Sales Best Practices

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong presentation skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills

  • Solution oriented with customer service skills

  • Flexible and willing to take on new challenges as they present themselves

  • Great team player and ability to work well with others

  • Working knowledge of CRM

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge of G-Suite products

  • High attention to detail

  • Willingness to learn

  • Post-secondary education

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with HubSpot
