We are looking for a dynamic, organized, relationship-oriented individual to assist our sales team with the goal of driving revenue. Additionally, you must ensure all expectations and deadlines are met with a high level of customer service.

What You’ll be Doing
Interfacing with key customers in a management support role
Understanding customer demand and work with customer planning teams to ensure timely receipt of purchase orders
Work with the sales team to manage internal customer forecast
Work with sales team to generate customer proposals
Day to day support of front-line Sales Executives
Understand customer requirements and needs and convey these to operations and engineering teams
Ensure customer orders are clearly communicated to the broader organization
Communicate to customers on order status and current lead times
Supporting the sales team on lead management and opportunity status
Working with finance on invoicing, and structuring invoicing for new opportunities
Sales support for events and tradeshows
Manipulating data to ascertain a desired format
Aiding in the success of the operations, engineering and management teams where needed
Skills and Experience
Understanding of Sales Best Practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong presentation skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Solution oriented with customer service skills
Flexible and willing to take on new challenges as they present themselves
Great team player and ability to work well with others
Working knowledge of CRM
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of G-Suite products
High attention to detail
Willingness to learn
Experience with HubSpot
